Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read the following information to understand how we handle shipping and deliveries.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Domestic (U.S.) & International Shipping

For orders within the United States, estimated delivery is typically under 20 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or periods of high demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at Contact@Nuvrela.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with neighbors or your local postal service. Allow up to two business days for delivery updates before contacting us for further assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Contact Us

If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please contact us at Contact@Nuvrela.com. We are happy to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To determine whether you are eligible for a return, please contact us at Contact@Nuvrela.com and provide proof of purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your order date, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns must meet our quality standards to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not issued based on subjective results (e.g., "it didn't work for me"), only for unopened, undamaged returns meeting these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at Contact@Nuvrela.com. Returns must be sent to the return address we provide by email. Please do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us at Contact@Nuvrela.com. We are happy to help.
